About Us

Peter France – I worked for a large construction company for 17 year until 2007 where I worked in their 3 tier support department and was located in Wolverhampton. I was 1 of their 1000+ computer personnel. From 2007 to 2013 I worked for a small IT support company in their software department with help supporting 30–40 SMB external clients.

Chris Archer – Started on a hardware maintenance role looking after companies hardware contract within a small team. From then, there was nowhere to move within that company so he had to move to another company to learn about software. A few years building up experience in help looking after 100 SMB’s clients from all over the UK. Eventually left the company in seek more of a software role, Chris returned to the original company to look after a smaller number of SMB’s at a more advance level
